Warranty Eligibility
Warranty claims are valid only if the Toshiba hard drive is presented in 100% original condition. Drives that exhibit physical damage or signs of mishandling will not be accepted for warranty processing as per Toshiba’s policy.
Warranty Coverage Tiers
5-Year Limited Warranty: Includes 3 years of comprehensive coverage + 2 years of service warranty.
3-Year Limited Warranty: Includes 2 years of comprehensive coverage + 1 year of service warranty.
2-Year Warranty: Includes 2 years of straight replacement.
Service Warranty Clarification
Service warranty refers to the extended period after the comprehensive warranty ends. During this time, customers may claim a replacement drive by paying 25% of the original purchase price.

Before claiming warranty on Toshiba hard drives, ensure that:
The drive is in original physical condition (no dents, burns, or moisture damage).
Warranty seals and serial number stickers are intact and untampered.
The claim falls within the applicable warranty period.
