Plustek Warranty Policy

At Mekkizone Technologies, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by supporting all Plustek products with a clear and reliable warranty policy.


Standard Warranty Coverage
  • All Plustek devices come with a 1-Year Hardware Warranty as standard.
  • Customers may opt for a 2-Year Extended Warranty Pack at an additional cost.
  • Only mid to high-end models are eligible for warranty extension packages.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
  • Burned PCA (Printed Circuit Assembly) or internal boards.
  • Damaged accessories such as cables, ribbons, rollers, top glass, and feeder trays.

Replacement Policy
  • Full unit replacement is provided only if the equipment is verified as DOA (Dead on Arrival) or damaged during initial delivery.
  • For other hardware issues, only the faulty part will be repaired or replaced, not the entire unit.

Warranty Resolution Timeline

The standard lead time for warranty-related services is 10 working days from the date of claim acceptance.


This warranty policy is issued by Mekkizone Technologies and may be updated without prior notice. For any queries or assistance regarding Plustek product warranties, please contact our support team.

Plustek has its own scanning software with the name “DOC Action” bundeld free of cost with all models. Third party software/applications are also bundled with most of the unit. In case of firmware update, Plustek do not take responsibility of having full functionality of third party software.
