CZUR Warranty Policy

Mekkizone Technologies is dedicated to providing dependable after-sales support for CZUR products. Please review the warranty policy below for detailed coverage and service guidelines.


Standard Warranty Coverage
  • All CZUR equipment comes with a 1-Year Hardware Warranty.
  • A 2-Year Extended Warranty Pack is available at an additional cost.
  • Only mid to high-end models are eligible for warranty extension.

Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under the CZUR warranty:

  • Physical damage caused by mishandling or external factors.
  • Burned internal components, including PCA (Printed Circuit Assemblies) or boards.

Replacement & Repair Policy
  • A full unit replacement will be provided only if the device is verified as DOA (Dead on Arrival) or damaged upon first delivery.
  • For all other issues, only the defective part will be repaired or replaced, not the complete unit.

Warranty Resolution Timeline

All standard warranty claims will be addressed within 10 working days from claim approval.

CZUR has its own scanning software with the name “DOC Action” bundeld free of cost with all models. Third party software/applications are also bundled with most of the unit. In case of firmware update, CZUR do not take responsibility of having full functionality of third party software.
